Return & Refund Policy
We will replace in accordance with conditions specified below:
A. Incorrect item shipped as per order
B. Incorrect size/colour as per order
C. Faulty/Defective product(s)
D. Faulty/Defective product(s) cause during delivery

You may courier the parcel to our warehouse at your own cost:

We will ship out the parcel accordingly and update with delivery status.
We will refund in accordance with conditions specified below:
A. Order not fullfill due to out of stock product
B. Order not fullfill due to end of life product
Option 1: Product exchange
Exchange with other product(s) listed in https://www.smartmaster.com.my
If the value of new item(s) exceeds the amount of the original item, the difference thereof should be paid by customer.
If the value of new item is less than the amount of the original item, then the difference thereof will be converted to Store Credit under customer’s account.
Delivery charges of the new item will be borne by the customer.
Option 2: Convert payment to Store Credit
Paid amount will be converted to Store Credit which can be fully redeemed for future orders in https://www.smartmaster.com.my.
Customer will receive a notification via email whenever the Store Credit is updated.
Option 3: Full refund
For payment that is paid through MOLPay payment gateway, we will notify our payment gateway service provider to cancel the relevant transaction.
Please allow 7 to 14 working days for the refund process and the refund amount will be shown on the customer’s bank account.
For other payment methods, customer will need to provide their bank details and email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

All return for any product(s) purchased must be informed to us in formal way via email to email@example.com within 7 working days from date of parcel received.
No further dispute will be entertained after 7 working days from the parcel received date.
After official email reply from us,you may courier the parcel to our warehouse at your own cost.
Undergarment and socks is not returnable or refundable.
