Has my order been shipped yet ?

Orders placed before noon are usually processed within 2 business day. If your order is placed at the end of a Friday, chances are it won’t ship until the following Monday. Placed orders are shipped within 2-3 business days

I have received a faulty item ?

We stand for good quality products and we only want the best for our customers. So if there is a fault with an item you have received, please contact us at info@smartmaster.com.my

We will try to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods and we sort it out for you.

How much will shipping cost me ?

All return for any product(s) purchased must be informed to us in formal way via email to estore@smartmaster.com.my within 7 working days from date of parcel received.

No further dispute will be entertained after 7 working days from the parcel received date.

After official email reply from us,you may courier the parcel to our warehouse at your own cost.
Undergarment and socks is not returnable or refundable.
