Shipping policy
Orders are shipped using Ninja Van as our appointed courier service.
Once your order has been successfully processed and dispatched, you will be able to track your shipment through the following methods:

Shopify Order Tracking
Customers can log in to their account and track their order status directly via Shopify. -
Ninja Van Tracking
A Ninja Van tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped. This tracking number can be used on the Ninja Van website to monitor your parcel’s delivery status.
If you are unable to locate your tracking number or require assistance with tracking your order, please contact our customer service at online@smartmaster.com.my, and we will be happy to assist you.
